A 6:40 wakeup for the little dude today. Well, I guess it was 10 minutes later than yesterday. I was lucky that his dad took him until I got up an hour later. He gave Arthur a bit of formula to keep him going until his big breakfast on Mama, but at least he still had plenty of appetite by the time he got to my boobs. Monday A rough 6:30 wakeup for Arthur. Miklós fed him some more of the puréed couscous dish to keep him satisfied until I woke up. And, shockingly, he fell asleep on me pretty quickly after I latched him on for his second breakfast. Arthur was quite a hit in his new stroller set-up, which, since a blanket doesn't work very well with and involves more sun exposure, "requires" him to wear his bear outfit and sunglasses. Saturday Arthur woke up early again, around 6:30. Miklós tried to keep him placated with some sweet potato purée, which he wolfed down, crying for more - clearly the little dude was hungry. So it was once again a mix of huge gulps and falling asleep during his first nursing session of the day. I'm really hoping this early wakeup thing is just a phase, and not his new normal.
